Choice Analysis

What did the defendant do wrong? What options did they have? What difference would the right choice have made? Choice Analysis transforms evidence into accountability by making the defendant's decision the Heart of the Story.

Story Spine

Every compelling case narrative has a structure. The Story Spine gives you the backbone of the defendant's story, told from their own perspective, so the jury understands not just what happened, but how it unfolded.

Archetypes

The Arrogant Doctor. The Uninformed Doctor. The Uncaring Doctor. Archetypes give juries a frame for understanding motivation without you ever having to argue a label. You show the behavior. The jury names it themselves.

MEET ANTHONY

For over 16 years, I’ve represented people who’ve lost everything, and fighting against forces that wanted to silence them. I’ve faced the impossible: cases they said couldn’t be won, clients whose pain I couldn’t fix, and moments where faith was the only thing left to hold on to. 

And through it all, I learned something profound:

The real power of a lawyer isn’t found in argument, it’s found in opening up your heart.

I’m a trial lawyer, trial consultant, and student of story. I believe advocacy is sacred work, the kind that demands both courage and compassion. My mission is to help lawyers rediscover the heart behind the craft, to transform not just how we practice, but who we become through the process.

My teaching comes from trying cases, leading teams, mentoring lawyers, and learning to balance strength with compassion. The lessons are spiritual, practical, and deeply human.

Because the greatest victories don’t happen when you destroy your opponent.

They happen when you tell the truth so powerfully that healing becomes inevitable.
